Our Neapolitan style Pizza is made using a lovingly crafted Fresh 24-48 hr proved Home made dough (Neapolitan style of course), Nashy's simple, but special tomato sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil*, and  finished with a fine Extra Virgin olive oil.  Our Pizza are always hand stretchered for the perfect Neapolitan crust and baked in our classic Wood fired pizza oven.  

Due to the rustic nature, our pizza will vary in size between 10 and 12 inches, but will always contain the same amount of dough.
 

You can choose from any THREE pizza's from our menu. 

1.  The Classic Margarita.  - Nashy's Fresh House tomato sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, and Extra virgin olive oil to finish. 

Allergens:   Wheat, Milk. May contain Soya and Nuts - Vegetarian

2. The Italian Pepperoni. - Nashy's Fresh House tomato sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, Slices of Italian Pepperoni, Sliced red Onion, and Extra virgin olive oil to finish.  Optional Fresh red chili for bite - 

 Allergens:  Wheat, Milk, Soya.  May contain Nuts

3. Pizza Marinara. - Nashy's Fresh House tomato sauce, Thinly Sliced fresh Garlic, Oregano, and Extra virgin olive oil to finish. - Vegan

Allergens:  Wheat,  May contain Milk, Soya and Nuts 

4. The Ham and Mushroom. - Nashy's Fresh House tomato sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, Slices of Country Ham, Freshly slice d Mushroom,  and Extra virgin olive oil to finish. Optional Wild rocket as a finishing topper

Allergens:   Wheat, Milk. May contain Soya and Nuts.

5. Pizza Veggi. -  Nashy's Fresh House tomato sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced sweet pepper, Mushroom and Red Onion, Basil, and Extra virgin olive oil to finish. Optional Wild rocket as a finishing topper

6. The Goats Cheese with Red onion Chutney. - Nashy's Fresh House tomato sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Slices of French Goats Cheese, Rich Red Onion Chutney,and Extra virgin olive oil to finish.  - Optional Freshly made no nut Basil Pesto.

Allergens: Wheat, Milk, Sulphites, May contain, Celery, Eggs, Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame, Soya and Nuts.

7. Pizza Salami. -  Nashy's Fresh House tomato sauce, Fresh Mozzarella,Slices of Italian Salami, Basil,and Extra virgin olive oil to       finish.  Optional Black Olives as a finishing topper.

Allergens: Wheat, Milk. May contain traces of  Soya, Nuts, and Eggs.

8. Pizza for Meat Lovers*. (* Extra surcharge £1 per head) - Nashy's Fresh House tomato sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Slices of Italian Pepperoni, and Napoli Salami, Basil, and Extra virgin olive oil to finish. Optional Fresh red chili for bite , and or Black Olives.

Allergens: Wheat, Milk. May contain traces of  Soya, Nuts, and Eggs.

Platinum Package: Choose from any Three Pizza's from our menu, These will be served with a Buffet Style: Antipasti Platter of Mediterranean Mixed meats and Vegetables, A freshly prepared Coleslaw, Wild Rocket seasonal Salad, and Marinated Olives.  Pots of my Freshly prepared Garlic Mayonnaise will be available for everyone to dip their crust in .  *Please Note:  For each Package, an agreed Non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required to secure your date and booking. Until the  deposit has been received, the date will remain available in our diary.

* A minimum order of 20 Pizza's will be required on all events.
